By accessing or using Tryggy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Tryggy is an AI-powered proposal and scope builder for freelancers. The Service allows users to create, manage, and send project proposals to clients, utilizing artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, analyze scope clarity, and improve proposal quality. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Tryggy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Tryggy offers three subscription tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Tryggy uses artificial intelligence to generate proposal content, provide scope analysis, and suggest improvements. All AI-generated outputs are suggestions only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and customizing all AI-generated content before using it in any professional capacity. Tryggy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated proposals or suggestions.
You are solely responsible for the content of proposals shared with your clients through Tryggy. The client approval workflow provided by Tryggy is a convenience feature and does not constitute a legally binding electronic signature or contract. Users should consult legal counsel for the creation of legally binding contracts and agreements.
You retain full ownership of all proposals, content, and materials you create using Tryggy. Tryggy retains all rights to the platform, software, system templates, and underlying technology. You grant Tryggy a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tryggy and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
